My most recent painting, "PLANKTONAUTS v2" (Version 2 because I had painted another group of characters in 2006 which I also called Planktonauts) is 16 x 16in. Square. Acrylic on wood panel. Completed 2/5/2012, taking 117 hours to finish.

Of the techniques I've been using in the past 5 years, this is my favorite. Totally imagination generated, no landscapes, no gravity, no perspective, no rules. I am free to create as I will. I hope to create more paintings in this vein in the coming months.
